Awi-kend Privacy Policy

Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsors and their designees (i) for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://awipay.com/awi-kend-terms-and-conditions/ and (ii) to send entrant newsletters relating to Sponsor’s and its partners’ events, products, and services which may be of interest to the entrant. To unsubscribe from commercial e-mail lists, use the unsubscribe link in any commercial e-mail message you receive. Unsubscribing will not affect your eligibility to win the Sweepstakes.

RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SWEEPSTAKES:

In its sole discretion, AwiPay reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason. AwiPay shall not issue any refunds associated with the cancellation of the Sweepstakes.

MODIFICATION OF SWEEPSTAKES RULES:

AwiPay reserves the right to change the rules of the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, in which case AwiPay shall notify by email all Entrants affected by such change.

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to the conflict of law principles thereof. You agree to submit all disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions to an arbitration proceeding conducted by the American Arbitration Association in Florida. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be binding upon the parties with the same force and effect as if a non-appealable judgment had been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction. Any award of the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
